Company Profile:
From the time I was a little girl I’ve loved
sewing. My mom taught me at age 8 to sew. By the time I was
14 I was designing & making my own patterns and almost all
of my own clothes. As an adult, my creativity took a detour
into graphic design for several years. Upon purchase of my
first home, I made my own window treatments and rediscovered
my love for fabrics & design. I determined this was what I
was meant to do. I spent several years learning from my
mentor and developing the skills needed to provide the best
products and service possible.
In 2001 I established my own workroom. I started working
from home, then subleasing a small space, and eventually
moving into our Plano location. We have expanded our
services and product lines to include decorative hardware,
shutters and outdoor treatments, to name a few.
We excel in making our customers feel
comfortable and confident with their window treatment
decisions. We know our customers by name and value each and
every client. Our reputation stands on excellent quality of
construction and follow-through. It has been our pleasure to
serve our clients and look forward to continued success as
we enter our 10th year in business!
Elegance In Draperies offers an array of solutions for
